New Company to Provide Diabetic and Catheter Supplies at Little to No Cost for Qualified Patients

July 16, 2010 - Boca Raton, FL– On May 12, 2010, American Diabetes Services Inc.'s parent company, ADS Medical Services LLC, acquired the assets of Support Plus Medical Inc. and TMS Inc. American Diabetes Services Inc. continues to provide home delivery of medical equipment, including diabetes testing supplies, disposable catheters for urological care and other medical supplies to Medicare-eligible beneficiaries in the United States and Puerto Rico, as well as patients with private health insurance plans. American Diabetes Services operates its supplies division under the name Support Plus Medical.

The company's primary focus is to service patients with chronic diseases, most notably diabetes and urological problems typically associated with spina bifida, multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injuries. The company operates as a Medicare-accredited, federally-licensed provider of medical products for which payment may be made by Medicare Part B and Part D, where deemed medically necessary for the ongoing heath of the patients it serves.
